High Frequency Coaxial Cables: full Production Process

The construction of a cable can be very complex, depending on its final use, and may also require more manufacturing phases on the same conductor.

In this video, we show how our horizontal taping machines carry out two steps necessary to build a high-frequency coaxial cable: the creation of the dielectric insulating layer by covering the metal core with expanded PTFE and its subsequent screening, applying a silver-plated copper tape on the cable insulated in the previous step.
