WTM designs its cable taping machines according to the specific production requirement.
In this video, we show our line specific for the application of PTFE tapes and its consecutive sintering process, typical of insulated cables that are employed in the aeronautic sector.
In particular, this machine includes 2 sintering ovens: the first one, 1-meter long, acts as pre-heater, while the second one, 3-meters long, carries out the sintering process.
Moreover, the taping process is supervided by our Visio system, WTM in-line quality control by means of high-speed camera and dedicated image management software.
