This edition of Wire 2022, after 4 years of waiting and a pandemic, a cancellation and a postponement, was full of expectations, but also aroused some hesitation. The numbers of companies working in this field that had confirmed their participation were still good, but there was no certainty about the turnout of visitors that would have been registered.
Instead, we can say that, for us, it was a very successful event. We have indeed had many visits to our stand, almost like in the pre-pandemic priod. We have met established customers, who have come to visit us not only for a greeting, but also to define the technical details of projects currently underway. There were also various contacts with potential new customers, who took the opportunity to come and see our technology in person.
Great interest was shown by visitors for the horizontal taping modules we exhibited. Each was equipped with a different taping head from a technological point of view:
- a head for shielding high frequency coaxial cables;
- a head for taping twinax cables (data cables);
- a head for tape pads diam. 400, suitable for the production of cables for the aeronautical sector.
Furthermore, the attention was particularly focused on Visio System, our system with camera for on-line quality control, together with our software for production data collection and related statistical and frequency analysis.
We can therefore say that we are fully satisfied with our participation in this edition of the Wire fair here in Düsseldorf: we want to thank all those who came to visit us, and we hope that this is only the first of other equally satisfying fairs, leaving the difficult months definitively behind.
All the feedbacks and requests collected during the meetings of these 5 days will be the starting point for the work of the next weeks; we will immediately begin to analyze them, in order to provide the most appropriate response to specific production needs.
